Yes because it hasnt became a full number yet.‼️4/8 isnt a whole so its close to 0 1 is like 8/8 its already a whole number so he is correct Hope this helped.!‼️

She is incorrect. 4/8 can reduce down to 1/2, which is exactly between 0 and 1. It is neither closer to 0 or to 1
