The answer is letter c. find a way to get the friend's mind off of his problems so he'll forget about it. It is better to find a way to take your friend's problem off his mind, so he'll forget about it. You have to take measures especially when your friend is wanting to hurt someone, rather than supporting him/her into a decision that will be regretted later on, it will be best if you find a way to forget his problems.
