How is finding the area of a triangle related to finding the area of a rectangle? How is finding the perimeter of a triangle related to finding the perimeter of a rectangle?

you add all the sides together

Explanation:

You still use the same formula except you have to take away one part of the formula due to the fact that a trangle dosent have 4 sides.

They are both adding all sides for the perimeter and multiplying 2 sides to get the area
