Earth's Axis Slowly but Continuously Points In Different Directions, a movement Known as "precession".

Precession is an adjustment in the orientation of the rotational axis of a pivoting body. In a suitable reference outline it can be characterized as an adjustment in the primary Euler point, though the third Euler edge characterizes the turn itself. At the end of the day, if the pivot of revolution of a body is itself turning about a second hub, that body is said to precess in regards to the second hub. A movement in which the second Euler point changes is called nutation.

Hope this helps!

Precession is the slow movement of the axis spinning body around another axis due to a torque such as gravitational influence acting to change the direction of the first axis.

Hope this helps :)
