A heavily populated town, with a housing shortage, is located near one large river. The water in the river is not heavily polluted. However, the amount of rain nearby leads to large mosquito populations, which spread malaria. The death rate from malaria in the town is high.Based on this information, the population has many needs. Which resource would be most useful in helping to solve some of their more immediate needs?

The government should find relocation sites for the community living around the area as a long-term solution for this problem. However, you are looking for the short-term solution and this would be to have a health center responsible for providing medications that would help prevent malaria in the community.
