“SETA” means Sector Education and Training Authority in South Africa. Its advantages are:
· Giving the needed skills development (for the economy) of the citizens in South Africa
· Through Skills Development Levies Act the skills of the people are collected and earn the money allocated for education and training.
Its disadvantages maybe:
· The training cannot accommodate everyone
· And the training is more inclined to nation-based rather than world-based
