2 weeks=14 days...
19x2=38, so 38 inches of rain in 4 weeks.
Divide 19/14 to find how many inch of rain in a day.
19/14=1.35, so 1.35x3=4.050...
38+4.050=42.05...
There is 42.05 inches in 31 days...
