I am a Catholic and prayer has helped me out a lot. It can help you if you pray to God and ask him for what your problem is. I personally ask God, sometimes before, or during a test to help me build my strength to do well. Or if you are getting bullied, you can ask God to help you build up the courage to tell the teacher. You can always ask God for help. He always will hear you. Please spread the word.
