so first find decrease
72-60=12
now find percent discount of 100
12/72=1/6=0.16666/1
percent means parts out of 100 so j x%=x/100
make 0.1666/1 into over 100
0.166666/1 times 100/100=16.6666/100=16.6666%
roound to tenth
16.7%
