According to a source, the state constitution can be replaced with a more modern version through the amendment process. Moreover, like the U.S. Constitution's first amendment protect the media by giving them the freedom of speech or of the press. They are given the right speak freely. However, this right has a limitation wherein the freedom of speech or of the press should not be exercised if it threatens national security.
