The right answer is “public opinion”. It represents people’s shared preferences on issuess, usually linked to government and politics. It is expressed by a significant proportion of a community. Some scholars treat the aggregate as a synthesis of the views, understandings, opinions of all or a particular part of society. There are other ones that see it as a gathering of many different or contrasting views.

This is called a "public opinion"

Propaganda is advertising something with a goal of achieving something for yourself, compromise is a way to resolve conflicts, and politics is too broad of a concept which may or may not include all of the other options.
