Vascular seedless contain vascular tissues that use spores to reproduce and spread. They do not flower or seed. Seeding plants are able to reproduce and spread but they do have seeds

Similarity: They reproduce and spread
Difference: Vascular do not flower or seed; Seeding produce seeds.
