One check that the executive branch has over the legislative branch

The executive branch aka. the President can make and put into law executive orders forcing a new law unless found unconstutional by S.C.O.U.T.S. The President also has to approve all that bills that come out of the legislative branch so he can veto them if s/he so chooses.
