I'm pretty sure It's actually A. Supreme Court Justices. I could be wrong but I'm taking the test and I know 100% that B is NOT the answer. :)

The answer is the vice president. Apart from the vice president, other members the heads of the federal executive departments. The heads are recommended by the President and are sworn in if they are confirmed by the Senate. They help the President in matters concerning the country.
