Explain one way that ethnic groups in the U.S. and Canada are similar and one way that they are different.

they are mostly white people in both countries. usa has alot of german americans, and canada has alot of french canadians. Ethnic groups are similar because many are of the same ethnicity. Canada prides itself on being like a stew with each ethnic group contributing separate and identifiable cultures. The U.S. likes to consider itself a melting pot where all differences disappear.
