Are membranes only present as the outside of the cells?

Membranes can also be found inside the cell. Membranes are the filter of the cell. Some are inside and some are outside. Think of the membrane as a guard. He lets some people (substances) and doesn't let some people (substances) get out. Hope it helps :)
