(2)/(9x^3) + (5)/(3x)

Find the LCD .

Factor each denominator into its primes

9 = 3²

Find the least common denominator 3²x³ = 9 x³

Adjust fractions based on the LCD:

(2)/(9x^3) + (5*3x^2)/(9x^3)

Since the denominators are equal, combine the fractions :

(2+3*5x^2)/(9x^3)

Simplify 2+3*5x²

multiply the numbers : 3 * 5 = 15

2 + 15 x²

= (2+15x^2)/(9x^3)

hope this helps!
