A social organization is composed of individuals who have various types of relationship with each other and with the group.
Equality should be given to all sexes within the group. This is to ensure that each and everyone will be given the chance to better him or herself which in the long run will benefit the social organization.
If inequality reign within a social organization, chaos and broken relationship will result and will contribute to the dissolution of the social organization.
