How did geography influence the american indians' way of life?

Some groups who live in a certain type of environment, like for example, in the tropical climate, could have completely different cultures. A group who lives in a dry area may eat different foods and have a different culture and language from those that would live in a wetland area. They could have different traditions, etc.
