An advanced society is marked by several factors. One is that it has a stable government where there very little corruption and it answer the needs of the people. Second is a stable or productive economy that provides for the needs of its citizens. Then there is the quality of life of the people living there. Are all them equal? Do they have access to the basic needs and do all have a good opportunity to improve their lives? These factors that you have to consider if a society is advanced or not.
