Hypothesis can be: There is a significant difference between plants' height with aeration and with no aeration.

Independent Variable: Aeration and no aeration
Dependent varibale: growth of the plant measure through its height

Many setups should be done to avoid inconsistencies and validate between results in the two treatment conditions.
