Now you would do 17/8 divided by 2/1, one thing though, flip the 2/1 to make it a 1/2.
Than instead of the division sign, make it into a multiplication sign!
When you do this you should get the answer 1 1/16

Simplify
= (17 + 16) / 8

Simplify (17 + 16) / 8
= 33/8
