Human trafficking is basically slavery.  The person will feel powerless to escape the situation due to violence and lack of ability to gain access to support.  If you feel powerless of course your self esteem is poor.  These people are forced to have risky sexual behavior and most likely don't have access to health care and possibly do not have the "right" to request condom use.
