Are 2m-0.2(2m) and 8(m/5) equivalent and explain

first you should simplify:
2m - 2/10 * 2*m = 2m - 2/5m = 10/5m - 2/5m = 8/5m
and now you can say: 8(m/5) = 8/5m
so they are equivalent :)))
