When you use a stored-value card, debit card, or credit card, the money you spend is coming from different places. From where is the money deducted when you use each card?

It is deducted from your bank account.
Debit cards directly deduct from your account, while credit cards add the transactions up (on your account) and you pay at the end of the month.
