It could, with good leaders, reduce the feeling of imperialism. If all areas are equal in power, they aren't going to feel threatened by the others.

you see when people get mad they want to get equal with the other pearson the reason they fight is because they feel like they are being controlled and we all know people really really dont like that feeling
