Why children should not be forced to choose sides in a divorce situation

Here are some reasons-
·Causes stress
·Can give kids the "bad guy" role.
·Kids may blame themselves for the divorce.
·It's considered parental alienation which can get you put in jail.
·Is unfair to the other parent.
