This court decision happen in Cantwell v. Connecticut, supra, at 310 U. S. 307
The case is about the incorporation of freedom of Religio via due process with the fourteenth amendemnt, which makes the freedom of religion clause became applicable to all races and ethnicity within the United States territory.
