Is it mon amour or ma amour?

It would be "mon amour" because amour is masculine. Mon is used with masculine subjects while ma is used with feminine subjects.

"Ma amour" is nearly French, and might be translated into the nearly English "mine love".

The correct French would be "mon amour", corresponding to the English "my love".
