As science and technology progress, humans have to ask themselves questions that they might have never asked before. Society is based on repeated experiences which give rise to ways of being and thinking. However, innovations force us to reconsider what our society establishes. Because of this, when new technology is developed, we need to think of the role that this is going to play in our society. Once we have considered this, we need to create rules that regulate this technology, so that it does not negatively impact other areas of our society we are interested in preserving.
