what exactly is the question? Are you supposed to solve with point-slope form? If it is, you use y=mx+b (point-slope)

Then plug in the slope (m=slope) and the x and y from the point. Then solve.

~ 4= -3(1)+b

~ 4= -3+b

~ 7=b

We know that it has a slope of -3 so you can make the equation y= -3x +b
to solve for b, plug in the ordered pair:
4= -3(1) +b
7=b
so the line is y= -3x + 7
