Complete the point-slope equation of the line through (−5,7) and (−4,0)

First, find the slope:


(0-7)/(-4-(-5)) = (-7)/(1)=-7

Then put it in the point slope form (y-k = m(x-h)):
y-7 = -7(x+5)
