Even though you cut a digit off of the y-axis labels, and didn't label the too y-value at all, you can't fool us. We're too smart.

Joey covered 250 miles in 5 hours. So the rate of change of the graph is 50 miles/hour. The points on the line at each half-hour confirm it.

He is driving at 50 miles per hour, which is answer B.
