A car dealership has 240 cars in the parking lot and 17.5% of them are red. Of the other 6 colors in the lot,each color has the same number of cars.if one of the color is black .how many blacks cars are in the lot?

Explanation:

Amount of red cars are 17.5% of 240

240 x 0.175 = 42

There are 42 red cars

The rest of the cars are:

240 - 42 = 198

We know there's 6 colors in the lot except red and that every color has equal amount of cars so:

198 / 6 = 33

Given as an example, there are 33 black cars
