The correct answer is B.

The poem "Telephone Conversation" written by Wole Soyinka's depicts the conversation between a black man that is looking for an appartament and a prejudiced landlady.

The speaker begins by explain that the appartament had a reasonable price and an indifferent location, but knowing how racist some people are, decides to inform the landlady about him being black. To this the lady ask the speaker how black he was. The speaker tries to explain the colour of his skin but since the lady cannot imagine how dark he is, he simply asks if she would rather see for herself.
