The type of protozoan that Sally observed was SARCODINE.
A sarcodine belong to the the protist phylum sacrodina, which is made up of protozoans which move and capture food by mean of pseudopodia. These protozoans have streaming cytoplasm and they use amoeboid movement for locomotion. An example of a protozoan in this group is Amoeba.
