Bile HELPS BREAKS DOWN FATS.
Bile contain bile acids, which are very important for digestion and absorption of fats and fat soluble vitamins in the small intestines. The bile is produced in the liver and it is stored in the gall bladder until it is needed. When the bile is needed, it travels through the gallbladder ducts to the small intestines.
