If any employee, in any position, feels harassed in any manner, the best response is to ignore the harasser in hopes he/she will stop. be sure the complaint is well documented and in writing. be sure the complaint is seen by a bystander so it can be reported. ask around to see if others have experienced the same harassment.

The best response is to BE SURE THE COMPLAINT IS WELL DOCUMENTED AND IN WRITING.
When an employee is been harassed, the best thing to do is to report the harassment to the appropriate authority. The report must not be done verbally alone, but it must also be put in writing in order to ensure that one has a record of it. The written document can be presented in court if the need arise.
