Your answer is exactly opposite of correct. The Federalist did not see the point of a Bill of Rights because they felt the constitution allowed us to simply vote out any member of government that did not support our rights. It was the Anti-federalist who wanted the clearly written Bill of Rights that stated our rights in detail.

Another difference is that the Anti-federalist wanted a weaker central government with more control by the individual states. The Federalist believed in a strong central government with powers divided among three groups.
