g(-4)=-4(-4)^2-3(-4)-7 ---> g(-4)=16^2-3(-4)-7 ---> g(-4)=16^2+12-7 ---> g(-4)=256+12-7 ---> g(-4)=261
g(-1)=-4(-1)^2-3(-1)-7 ---> g(-1)=4^2-3(-1)-7 ---> g(-1)=4^2+3-7 ---> g(-1)=16+3-7 ---> g(-1)=12
g(0)=-4(0)^2-3(0)-7 ---> g(0)=0-7-7 ---> g(0)=-7
g(3)=-4(3)^2-3(3)-7 ---> g(3)=-12^2-3(3)-7 ---> g(3)=-12^2-9-7 ---> g(3)=144-9-7 ---> g(3)=128
That's all of them, I hope I helped you. And for these, you literally just plug in the number given and solve it until you get the answer, you just gotta be careful about the small, common, math mistakes.
