Remember that propaganda characterizes for the manipulation of information in a systematic way, that means in a planned and organized form. It's main objective is therefore the manipulation of beliefs, attitudes, or actions of people. To do this, it presents ideas that were previously selected in order to send determinate messages. The bandwagon method is the one that is used the most, it persuades people to do things just because a lot of people has already done it. So the most evident characteristic of propaganda is it's intentional use of logical fallacies, which allow it to present the information in a partial way.
