For the first choice, the diagram only has one nucleus in the image.
"B" would be the best choice, since the only nucleus is in the center of the atom.
No electrons were in the nucleus.
This is only a representation of what an atom would look like. Plus, there isn't a known microscope able to picture of what atoms look like. (its that small)
