How did mansa musa organize his government?

He partitioned his kingdom into territories and had a representative or a governor in each of such divisions that reported to him about all affairs regarding that province. So each of the representative was the leader of that province. He had a very large army on standby to help kill any uprising that may occur so that his people is well protected.
