Answer:

B. 3x+3y=8 4x-2y=10

Explanation:

The choices for this question are

A. 3x+3y=8 4x-2y=5

B. 3x+3y=8 4x-2y=10

C. x+y=8 2x-y=5

D. 9s+9y=22 18x+9y=45

Among the options, the system that has the same solutions than the given system is B., because as you can observe such system has the same equations, the first one is the same equation 3x+3y=8, and the second one is the same equation with a factor applied, if we divide such equation by two, we would have

(4x-2y)/(2) =(10)/(2)\\ 2x-y=5

As you can observe, we get the same second equation that it's included in the given system

So, we can conclude that the system B, and the given system are the same, therefore they have the same solutions.
