Does the lava that forms shield volcanoes probably have a lot of silica or water in it? Explain your answer.

Sheild volcanoes contain more water in it. It is a type of volcano that is built entirely of fluid lavas.

no, it doesn't because shield volcanoes form from basaltic lava with a low silica content and a low water content.
