The answer would be Russia. The Russo–Japanese War was clashed between the Russian Empire and the Empire of Japan over competing royal determinations in Manchuria and Korea. The main theatres of processes were the Liaodong Peninsula and Mukden in Southern Manchuria and the oceans all over the place of Korea, Japan and the Yellow Sea.
