In which sentence is the subjunctive mood correctly used?

He listens to instructions very carefully when at work.

She was impatient to get to work on time.

They are ready to go to work now.

If she were impatient, she would not be suited for this work.

The subjunctive mood is used to a wish, suggestion, command, or a condition that is contrary to the facts. The subjunctive form of the following words is placed after the equals sign.

is = been (subjunctive form)

was = were (subjunctive form)

Third person singualar verbs in the present (ends in -s) = remove the "s" (subjunctive form)

For this reason, the sentence in the subjunctive tense is, "If she were impatient, she would not be suited for this work."
