Answer: The correct answer is : Klemens thought that France needed a lot of discipline and that Napoleon was the right man to provide it. I also thought that the French influenced Europe a lot. Napoleon conquered almost all of Europe except Great Britain and Russia and was named by Klemens as the "conqueror of the world".
