Native American Indians can invoke rights guaranteed in treaties with The United States.
In 1968, United States enacted Free Exercise Clause of the Indian Civil Rights Act the Indian are able to Invoke treaty relationships which allows them to claim a “nation-to-nation” relationship with the federal government. and make the human rights of their internal tribes member are not covered within. Fifth Amendment to the US constitution.
