I consistently tell the truth and am fair with my employees. furthermore, i feel a strong moral obligation to make decisions that do not infrigne on the rights of my staff. i am applying the concepts of which ethical theory?

People who held Deontological concept will try to impose their ethical believe based on a certain written rules/codex.
This concept require us to overlook empathy and subjectivity and focused our judgement on pure objectivity.
